Fair Use Policy

1. Capture responsibly

Only capture websites and media you are authorized to access and use. Do not bypass authentication, access controls or technical protections. Respect applicable law and third-party rights, including privacy, copyright and confidentiality.

2. Prohibited content and activity

• Illegal, exploitative or abusive content, including child sexual abuse material, threats, harassment or nonconsensual intimate imagery.
• Malware, phishing, credential theft, spam, fraud or attempts to compromise systems.
• Unauthorized disclosure of personal information, trade secrets or other confidential data.
• Attacking the capture service, targeting private networks, evading quotas, reselling account access without permission or creating accounts to avoid limits.

3. Usage limits

Unlimited local screenshots refers to capture and editing on your own device. It does not include unlimited server rendering, cloud storage, uploads, bandwidth operations or API usage. Current plan quotas, file limits and request-rate limits apply. Each newly generated viewport or capture counts separately. Bots and automation must use approved API access.

4. Team and guest access

Creator seats cover people creating and managing workspace content. Guest review access is intended for legitimate collaboration, not account sharing or bypassing creator limits. Keep private and restricted links secure.

5. Enforcement and reports

We may throttle requests, pause uploads, remove unlawful content, or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary. Where appropriate we will explain the reason and provide a route to challenge the decision. Report abuse through our contact form with the relevant GoClickIT URL and enough information to investigate; avoid sending unnecessary sensitive material.
