1. About GoClickIT

GoClickIT is operated by 172 Tech, a sole proprietorship registered at Hno 58, Sector 2, Panchkula, Haryana, India. It offers website screenshots, local image editing, screen recording, media storage and sharing, subject to the features and limits shown in the app.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. Provide accurate information and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activity you authorize. Restricted sharing depends on recipients signing in with verified email addresses.

3. Your content and permissions

You retain your rights to content you create or upload. You give us the limited permission needed to capture, process, store and deliver that content and operate the features you request. Only capture or upload content you have permission to use. You are responsible for choosing the appropriate sharing setting and for redacting confidential information before upload.

4. Plans, subscriptions and billing

Plan prices, billing intervals and quotas are shown before checkout. Paddle acts as merchant of record for purchases it processes; its buyer terms also apply to the transaction. Recurring plans renew until canceled. You can cancel renewal in account settings or through Paddle’s buyer support at paddle.net; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Refunds are addressed in the Refund Policy and any mandatory rights you have.

5. Service limits and changes

Website captures may fail because of site restrictions, network conditions, browser differences or unsupported content. Device presets emulate viewport dimensions; they are not a real-device testing service. Local recording requires compatible browser APIs and your permission. We may change the service, with notice of material changes where required. Quotas, including storage, apply to actual usage.

Browser extension preview packages may be provided for testing. Browser compatibility and store availability are shown on the extension status page; a source package is not a signed or published store release. Forced light/dark website rendering, dynamic refresh URLs and third-party cloud exports are not part of the current release. Roadmap items do not create a delivery commitment.

6. Acceptable use and suspension

The Fair Use Policy forms part of these terms. We may restrict abusive activity or suspend accounts where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or investigate a violation. Contact us if you believe a restriction was mistaken.

7. Ending your use and data

You may stop using the service at any time. Download media you need and delete unwanted captures from the library. Contact us to request account deletion or a personal-data export. Account deletion does not substitute for subscription cancellation; request both when appropriate. Retention is described in the Privacy Policy.

We process verified account-deletion requests within 30 days. Backup copies are scheduled to expire within 90 days of deletion, subject to records we must retain by law. See the Privacy Policy for details.

8. Responsibility and disputes

Use reasonable care when relying on captures and retain your own copies of important files. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free availability. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Contact us first to seek a resolution. These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Disputes may be brought before courts with jurisdiction under applicable law.
