SHOW THE STEPS

Record your screen.
Show every step.

Record your screen to explain a workflow, reproduce a bug or answer a customer. Choose the screen to share, review the recording and decide what leaves your device.

Choose what the browser can see

Start recording and use the browser’s permission dialog to choose a tab, window or display. Add your microphone when you want narration. The extension preview can also request tab or system audio where the browser supports it. Audio availability and recording formats differ between browsers and operating systems.

Review before uploading

Recording starts locally. Stop, play it back and download the file before deciding whether to save it to a workspace. You can use local recording and downloads without creating a cloud account. Keep the recorder tab open while recording; protected video and some operating-system surfaces may appear black.

Share context with your team

A useful bug report shows the steps, the result and what you expected. A support walkthrough can demonstrate a reusable answer. A verified account lets you save the file privately, then choose who can open its review link. Private workspace media is available to authorized workspace creators.

Know the current limits

The web app offers five-minute local recordings on Free and up to 30 minutes for paid accounts, with a 100 MB file limit. The extension preview currently records up to five minutes and 100 MB. There is no server video transcoding or video trimming in this release; download the original recording if you need further editing.
