Refund Policy

1. Requesting a refund

We offer a refund of your initial subscription payment when you request it within 14 calendar days of that payment through our contact form or Paddle support. Include the purchase email and order reference so we can locate the payment. You may also tell us what went wrong; do not send card numbers. Repeated refund abuse and fraudulent purchases may be excluded, subject to mandatory consumer rights and Paddle’s applicable terms.

2. Renewals and cancellation

Cancel before renewal to avoid the next scheduled charge. Canceling a subscription normally stops future renewal and leaves access until the paid period ends. It does not automatically issue a refund. Contact us promptly about an unintended renewal so the request can be considered under applicable terms and law.

3. Exceptions and consumer rights

Duplicate charges, billing errors and service failures will be reviewed. Suspected fraud or repeated refund abuse may be investigated, without limiting mandatory consumer rights. Paddle’s applicable buyer terms, refund policy and refund decisions also govern purchases it processes. This initial-payment offer does not limit any additional withdrawal or refund rights that apply to renewals under Paddle’s policy or local law. Statutory cancellation, refund and other consumer rights take precedence where applicable.

4. Processing and access

Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to the original payment method where possible; bank processing times vary. A refund may end the paid entitlement for the refunded purchase. We do not make private files public when a plan changes. If your stored media exceeds the resulting quota, new uploads pause while you download, delete or upgrade.
