FEEDBACK, BESIDE THE WORK

Share captures.
Review them together.

Bring the screenshot, the explanation and the response into one review. Keep feedback attached to the detail that started it.

Pin the point

Place a comment on an image so reviewers can see the exact location.

Resolve the feedback

Mark a point resolved when the conversation is complete.

Share a workspace

Creators use a shared library and pooled allowances.

A simple review loop for clients and teams

  1. Capture and prepare. Create the screenshot or recording and redact sensitive details.
  2. Upload and set access. Keep it private or choose an appropriate sharing mode.
  3. Review the detail. Verified reviewers can add comments; image comments can be pinned to a position.
  4. Close the point. Resolve comments as the work progresses.

Creators and guest reviewers

Creators belong to the workspace and can create and manage its shared content. Guests review media that has been shared with them without using a paid creator seat. Commenting requires a verified account; invited-email links also verify the viewer’s identity. A publicly viewable capture does not grant workspace membership.

Free is personal and includes one creator. Pro includes two creators; Team includes five. Workspace membership grants access to workspace-private media, so invite creators carefully. Compare team plans and permissions →

Useful for QA handoffs, agencies and support

A QA reviewer can show the failing layout, an agency can collect feedback on a proposed design, and support can share a short walkthrough. GoClickIT keeps this capture-level workflow focused. It does not yet include task assignments, due dates, approval audit trails, real-time co-editing or a full project-management board.
