FILES, WITH THE RIGHT ACCESS

Save your captures.
Control who sees them.

Keep screenshots and recordings in a shared workspace library. Upload deliberately, choose access, and give reviewers one place to find the finished file.

Screenshot and recording storage that follows your workspace

Use the library to find recent captures by title, open a review and change its access settings. Storage is pooled at workspace level: 200 MB on Free, 10 GB on Pro and 50 GB on Team. Download a copy before deleting a file you need to retain. Deleting a cloud item is separate from removing local drafts or downloaded copies.

Media delivery, CDN questions and privacy

Media is stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket and delivered through GoClickIT’s permission checks. A storage URL or short link does not bypass a private capture’s access rules. Video delivery supports byte-range requests for playback where the file/browser format is supported.

This release does not offer a general-purpose public CDN, image transformation API, custom media domains or an unlimited-bandwidth guarantee. Private responses are not marketed as publicly cached files. If you need public asset hosting or CDN distribution for a high-traffic site, ask about your requirements before choosing a plan.

Choose sharing after the upload

Keep a capture workspace-private, make it accessible to anyone with the link, publish it, or restrict it to invited verified accounts. Revoking a link stops that link from working; it cannot recall files recipients already downloaded. See all sharing modes →

Frequently asked questions

Does a public sharing link make the R2 bucket public?

No. The bucket stays private. The app authorizes a media request according to that capture’s sharing setting.

Can I use GoClickIT as unlimited video hosting?

No. Storage, file size, capture allowances and fair-use terms apply. There is no video transcoding or general-purpose streaming platform in this release.
