| Access | Who can view | Useful for |
|---|---|---|
| Workspace private | Authorized workspace creators | Internal notes and confidential work |
| Anyone with the link | Anyone who receives that link | A quick review where forwarding is acceptable |
| Public | Anyone without signing in | Content intended to be shared openly |
| Invited emails | Verified invited accounts and authorized workspace members | Named external reviewers |
These access controls are implemented in the current app across workspace plans. Public and unlisted links can be forwarded; a short URL is not a password. Restricted access requires identity verification. Commenting requires a verified account.
A new server-generated website image uses one render per capture/device size. Local screenshot editing and extension capture do not use server render credits. Uploads consume workspace storage. API access requires Pro or Team and uses the same render pool; there is no separate free API key tier. Storage and render limits pause new usage rather than making private content public.
Unlimited guest reviewers do not use creator seats, subject to fair use. Team’s five creators share one 50 GB library and 2,000-render allowance; this is not 50 GB per seat. Recording duration is controlled in the UI while the server enforces file size. Review the terms, the 14-day initial subscription refund policy and fair use before subscribing.
The current app implements invited-email access across workspace plans. API keys and larger allowances require a paid plan.
New uploads pause until you delete media or upgrade. Your sharing permissions remain in place.
