The right file.
For the right people.
Keep storage and sharing decisions connected. GoClickIT checks access before delivering a saved screenshot or recording, with a private media bucket behind the app.
How a shared capture reaches a reviewer
- Upload deliberately. The finished file is saved to a private bucket after your explicit upload action.
- Choose access. Set workspace-private, public, anyone-with-link or invited-email visibility.
- Authorize delivery. The app checks the capture permissions before serving its media.
- Review the original. Download the stored image or play a supported recording; videos can use byte-range requests.
CDN capabilities: what is included today
Cloudflare R2 supplies the object-storage layer. The Hostinger app handles access-aware delivery. This is not currently a general-purpose public CDN product: there are no custom media domains, automatic resizing, edge image transformations or unlimited-bandwidth promises.
Private media responses are served with no-store caching rules. We do not bypass those checks by publishing the bucket or treating private links as public cached assets. Delivery performance depends on the hosting, network, object and browser.
Image links, video playback and copies
The stored file is delivered in its supported original format. There is no server video transcoding or format-conversion pipeline. A reviewer can save a copy if they have access; revoking a link cannot recall downloads or screenshots they already made.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a public R2 domain?
No. The app uses private storage and permission-checked media routes. A public R2 domain is not required for this release.
Can I embed private media as a public image URL?
Private media still requires authorization. An image URL alone does not grant access. Public/unlisted media can be viewed according to its selected permissions, without an unlimited public-CDN service commitment.
